Who I Work With
I work with people who are stuck in some way or have a block they want to move past. I’ve helped people with a variety of issues from health challenges, to relationships, careers and performance. The range of work includes:
- Anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic fatigue syndrome ME/CFS
- Students with exam and study worries
- Personal relationships
- Enhancing success in sports, arts, music and public performance
- Over-analysing and procrastination
- Addictive behaviours, food issues, fears and phobias
I train you to see for yourself how certain behaviours can get in the way of you having the life you want. Once that awareness is there, we work together to make sure your inner voice and internal programming are working for you, not against you. The techniques I give you work for life, and will make pervasive and positive changes in the way you feel.
My courses are designed to improve the quality of your personal life by equipping you with practical skills. To get the results you want, you will need to apply these skills on a day to day basis. This requires your commitment and dedication. It’s similar to learning to ride a bicycle: repeated practice and whole-hearted dedication will ensure results become ‘automatic’ and ‘second nature’ very quickly.

I work with people from all walks of life: men and women, teenagers and children, professional, unemployed, self-employed, healthy, ill, business men and women, artists, and sportspeople.
